Daychain
84-day chain

Can you meet someone you care about once a week for 12 weeks?

This challenge is a weekly chain. Once a week for 12 weeks you meet, visit or call one person you care about, and that week earns one link. Twelve links is twelve weeks of keeping in touch, which is a habit a daily tracker would never ask for.

The rule

Meet or call someone you care about at least once in each of the 12 weeks, and mark the week.

Miss a day?

Weeks get busy. A skip credit can protect a missed link automatically when one is available, and a repair credit helps if the chain breaks. Nothing is shamed in red; the next week is simply the next chance.

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick your people

List a few people you want to see more. You can meet a different person each week or the same one.

  2. 2

    Meet once a week

Any day of the week works. A coffee, a walk or a real phone call counts. Mark the week when it happens.

  3. 3

    Carry it to week 12

Twelve links in a row is a habit of keeping in touch. Use a printable weekly sheet if you like paper.
