The 30-Day Movement Chain rests on one simple goal: moving your body every day. A walk, a short workout, or a few minutes of stretching — it all counts. Each day you move adds a new link to your chain, and your only job is not to break it. By the end of the month, moving stops being a chore and becomes your daily rhythm.
The rule
Move for at least 20 minutes each day — walk, work out, or stretch — and mark it in the app.
Miss a day?
Miss a day and there's no panic. Your weekly skip credit protects that day automatically; if the chain still breaks, a repair credit lets you pick up where you left off. A broken day is never shamed in red — continuing is what matters.
