Can you go 21 days without missing twice in a row?
The Never Miss Twice challenge lasts 21 days and has one rule: a missed day is an accident, two in a row is a pattern. After any miss you do a tiny version of your habit the very next day. It trains the skill that matters most for long chains, which is restarting.

The rule
Do your habit daily for 21 days, and after any missed day do the tiny version the next day.
Miss a day?
This challenge is built around forgiveness. Your weekly skip credit can protect a missed day automatically, and a repair credit helps if the chain breaks. A miss is never shamed; the next day is the one that counts.
How it works
- 1
Write your tiny version
Choose your habit and write a two minute version you can do on any day, however hard.
- 2
Mark each day
Forge a link with one tap every day you follow through, in either the full or the tiny size.
- 3
Restart the next day
If you miss a day, do the tiny version tomorrow. Do that and the chain carries on to day 21.
