Move for at least 20 minutes each day — walk, work out, or stretch — and mark it in the app.

Miss a day?

Miss a day and there's no panic. Your weekly skip credit protects that day automatically; if the chain still breaks, a repair credit lets you pick up where you left off. A broken day is never shamed in red — continuing is what matters.
